REGISTRATION FEES AND POLICIES
Conference registration covers the proceedings, gala-dinner, all co-located conferences and workshops, and attending all Keynotes. Main conference and workshops papers need a full registration. Otherwise, the paper will be exculded from the proceedings.

Invitation Letter
Letters will be only given to individuals with an accepted paper and/or that have paid the full registration fee.
In order to obtain a letter of invitation for visa purposes, you must have an accepted paper and/or a full registration for the conference first, then please contact Sadi Alawadi at: Sadi.alawadi@bth.se
Cancellation Policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be received by May 1st, 2025. There will be an administrative fee of 10% of the registration deducted from each refund.
